Coaching
Although there is a wealth of science, tips and biohacking information on the Big10 Health website, I also offer one-to-one coaching (online or face-to-face). This can be ideal if it all feels a bit overwhelming or complicated, and you would like some support in taking more control over your health.
Each case is different, but typically my coaching would:
- Help you to prioritise the aspects you most want to work on given your motivation.
- Week by week (or month by month to suit your pace) take a dive together into a new topic and giving you some suggestions on books, podcasts, and websites you might like to take a look at.
- De-mystify the gadgets that can help you collect data about your body and how to interpret what they are telling you.
- Talk through how you feel in response to changes you are making and what you might need to consider adjusting.
- Perhaps most importantly, provide a friendly and confidential ear for your health thoughts, worries and hopes. It’s a fascinating journey you are embarking on, and it’s great to have someone to share the highs and lows with.
Do remember I am not a doctor, and I won’t be telling you what to do, diagnosing you, or prescribing you anything. My job is to help you become better informed and more in control of your own health so that you can make choices for yourself and (where necessary) discuss those with your doctor.
What about you? Everyone is different but the kinds of people I work with look a bit like this:
“You can identify a strong motivation to make changes. You are interested in learning more about how your body works and how you can use the data you collect yourself to inform your lifestyle and choices. You have some disposable income to invest in things like blood testing, wearable devices, dietary supplements, gym fees, and the like. You are curious, inquisitive, and open to new ideas.”
If at least some of that clicks with you, then use the form below to drop me a message, and we can have an initial chat.
